Bali has so many amazing classes and experiences — yoga, surf, cooking, wellness and more. But finding the right one, at the right time, and actually booking it can still be surprisingly difficult.
We experienced this ourselves many times — and that’s why we built NeaMii.
NeaMii brings Bali’s best classes and experiences together in one place. People can discover what’s available, read real reviews and book directly in the app — without endless scrolling or back-and-forth messages.
For businesses, NeaMii makes it easier to reach new people, get more bookings and spend less time answering the same questions again and again.
Built specifically for Bali, NeaMii connects local businesses with both the people who live here and the people visiting the island.
Our goal is to become Bali’s number one platform for sports classes, wellness and workshops — and to grow together with the businesses that make Bali so special.

There’s nothing to lose by listing a class that never gets booked — if it doesn’t sell, it costs you nothing.

Your rules, your control
You stay in control
Your profile, your schedule, your prices, your rules for cancellations — you set all of it, and NeaMii just makes sure it’s followed.
What you offer
Set up your profile and classes yourself
You create your own profile and add every class, course or experience you offer — with your own descriptions and photos. You decide what goes on NeaMii, and you can change it any time.
When you’re offering it
You create the schedule, and you can change it
You set every class time yourself, directly in your dashboard. Plans change — if you need to move a class instead of cancelling it, and the customer agrees, the booking just moves to the new time, no refund needed.
We also keep expanding which outside calendar systems connect to NeaMii, based on what our partners need — Momence, for example, is already integrated.
Longer term, the goal is for NeaMii to work as your full booking system, including a shareable profile page of your own — entirely optional, and never a replacement you’re required to make if you’re happy with what you already use.
Staying in touch
Message your customers directly
In-app chat lets you talk to individual customers. Broadcast messaging lets you reach everyone booked into a class at once — no need to call or message people one by one.
Clear rules, for both sides
You set the cutoffs yourself, within fixed ranges — NeaMii enforces them automatically at checkout.

Past your partial-refund cutoff, no refund applies. Both cutoffs and the partial-refund percentage are yours to set per class.
If you cancel a class, the customer always gets a full refund — no exceptions, no cutoff to configure.
Setting your prices
You set your own prices for every class, course and experience you list — NeaMii doesn’t dictate what you charge. As a guideline, we recommend keeping them in a similar range to what you charge on your own website or other channels.
Large gaps do have a consequence: if your own website is priced well below NeaMii, that weighs on your ranking in the feed, and you’ll show up further down for it. How much this affects you depends on how big the price gap is — it is not a fixed penalty, it changes case by case. This applies to separate channels like your own website — not to your NeaMii external booking page, which is simply your own page on NeaMii and has no alternative price to be inconsistent with.
The one thing we ask beyond that: a booking that starts in the app should finish in the app. Here’s why that’s worth it for you.

Bookings can reach you through NeaMii in two ways — and using both is entirely your choice.
The NeaMii app
New customers find you through app search, the feed or category browsing. NeaMii does all the work of finding you new customers — marketing, visibility, trust through reviews.
Your external booking page
A booking link tied to your own profile — share it on your website, Instagram, a QR code or WhatsApp, with your own existing customers. It lets you run NeaMii as a complete booking system for your whole business, not just the customers who find you through the app. Already using another tool for that? Keep it — this is entirely optional, not a replacement you need to make.

The reason for the gap: through the app, NeaMii brings you the customer — so the full commission applies. Through your own page, you bring the customer yourself; NeaMii mainly just provides the tools — calendar, payment, admin — so the fee is much lower.
